How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with their respective order tracking numbers.

You can look up your tracking number on our website.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Whether it's the same or on the next business day depends on the time of your order. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours after receiving and processing your order. 

This happens in 95% of cases. Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day. Orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on North American public holidays and weekends.

When should I expect my delivery if I am located in The Contiguous United States?

This depends on the shipping service you choose, as well as your location. 

We have 2 options you can choose from. Here are the details you need to select your preferred shipping option:

 #1: Regular shipping

On average, it takes 7 to 14 days for your package to arrive once processed, depending on your location. You can track your package every step of the way.

#2: Expedited shipping

If you opted for expedited shipping when placing your order, it generally takes 2 to 5 business days for your package to arrive once it is processed, depending on your location. You can track your package every step of the way. 

Please keep in mind that once the parcel leaves our warehouse we don’t have any control over when it will arrive. Sometimes it’s super fast and other times it can be delayed.

How long do you take for international shipping outside of The Contiguous United States?

Deliveries to international destinations outside the Contiguous United States typically arrive within 3 to 7 days, although it’s possible for them to arrive even sooner.

Please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the exact arrival time is beyond our control.

The delivery speed can vary as it depends on several factors related to the carrier such as traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses and/or customs processes in your country of residence.

These factors and others not listed can significantly affect the prompt delivery of packages, and unfortunately, are not within our ability to influence.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable under our Money-Back Guarantee. In the case of a refund, you will receive refunds on the price paid for the product purchase only. 

Please ensure that the packaging of the goods is intact, otherwise we cannot accept the goods and cannot guarantee that there are any items inside that may affect safety.
